Description of Activities and Responsibilities: As a licensed agent one will be responsible for scheduling appointments, meeting with clients, analyzing clients’ information, making product recommendations and providing ongoing service. Agents work in the personal and business markets. They can help clients meet their estate, retirement and benefit needs through the insurance and financial products they offer.

Training: At L.R. Johnson & Associates, Inc, we take your training seriously. We offer state of the art marketing support and extensive ongoing training through LRJA University. Not only will you be trained through our LRJA University program, but also through local Managers and full-time Trainers who are extremely proficient in teaching the knowledge and skills needed to get off to a fast start.

Description of Activities and Responsibilities: No insurance licenses necessary. As a coordinator, one will be responsible for scheduling appointments, meeting with prospects, analyzing home and office services used by clients. Our goal is to recommend renewing ongoing service contracts and provide discounts on services that our clients and prospects use daily such as wireless cell phone services, DSL, satellite, and cable providers.
